About Me

Welcome!  On this website you'll find a small sample of the photography that I've done over the past years.  Please feel free to look through the images on the site and if you would like additional samples of my work, just contact me and I will be happy to provide them.

I'm a professional photographer based in Charleston, South Carolina.  As a photographer, I believe that you (the client) are the only person whose opinion matters.  Whether shooting family portraits on the beach, your dream wedding, or portraits for your corporate website, I will work to provide you the images that you want.  This doesn't mean I don't have my own ideas or opinions as to what makes for a great photos, simply that I value your opinion and will work with you to create beautiful images.

So who am I?  First and foremost, I'm a father to four incredible children.  I'm also a retired Air Force officer and Iraq War Veteran.  While in the Air Force, I led teams of photographers and videographers to locations around the world to document military combat and humanitarian relief operations.  That experience, combined with a number of national and international mission trips, helped me shape my creative style.  I realized the importance of capturing that one image which, in and of itself, tells a story.  Through these experiences, I developed a documentary photojournalistic style that I use in my work as a photographer.
